Hi,
I'm on the home stretch of this Call Forward All nightmare. I can now successfully receive a diverted call:
External A calls Internal B and is diverted to external C - however only when the SIP trunk is configured for "Last Redirect Number - External". We want to have the originating CLID displayed on the phones, so changing the SIP Trunk to "Originator" produces the "No matching outgoing dial-peer" error.
I've attached voice dialpeer and ccsip message debug logs as well as the dialpeers.
CUCM 11.5.x
CUBE 15.5.3 (M5)
I would really appreciate any assistance here, it's driving me crazy :(

Neil,
I am assuming you are referring to this:

I also see two separate call atempts in your debug dial peers:
Calling Number=0450633094, Called Number=0862702734, Voice-Interface=0x0,
Timeout=TRUE, Peer Encap Type=ENCAP_VOIP, Peer Search
1: Dial-peer Tag=20
2: Dial-peer Tag=200

can you tell me what caller and called party we need to look for?

Hi Dennis,
Sorry, forgot to add that..
0450633094 calls 08262702734 which is diverted to 0893231334
The internal DN range is 2XX
Thank you.

I've just had a real good look at the sip debug, and on the call with the Originator selected, the 604 and 404 sections are missing the invite? Is this normal for a diverted call ?

in your ccsip debug your CUBE receives a 604 from AMcom: Does not exist anywhere.
I am guessing they dont like you sending 0450633094 as a caller ID as its not in the range that is commissioned by them to terminate on the CUBE. Telstra are the same.

Thanks for your time Dennis,
You've confirmed my thoughts. Now off to fight with the ITSP.
Cheers

what I tend to do with Telstra is put a wild card translation on the outgoing DP that translates all calling IDs that are Not within your DID range into something that is (39331000, for example)
for example
voice translation-rule 113
rule 1 /^.61\(.*\)/ /\1/
rule 2 /\(933100\)/ /3\1/
rule 3 /\(.*\)/ /393310000/
this pretty much changes your mobile calling number into 39331000 (for example).
just a thought

Hi Dennis,
So, in your example above, are you able to suggest how I could accomplish this with the following?
current translation rule for in-bound matching:
voice translation-rule 1
rule 1 /^08627027/ /2/
our DiD range for the PoC is 0862702725 - 34
I've just spent the morning with Vocus and still getting nowhere. First they tell me the CLID is based on the PAI field, which is correct, then they have me change the from field with the diverted field, which allows the call to proceed, but the CLID is that of the diverted field and incorrect...I'm pulling my hair out :(

For anyone else coming along I would like to offer the following.
After 2 weeks of working with Amcom/Vocus the end result was "CLID of the originating CALLER cannot be passed through to the endpoint".
A multitude of changes were made on both sides and I simply had no more time to invest.
Hopefully you have more luck then I did.
