No output from phone Web Page

Hi,

I can ping not problem:

Pinging 10.20.21.71 with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 10.20.21.71: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=63

Reply from 10.20.21.71: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=63

Reply from 10.20.21.71: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=63

The attachment shows what I get when I click on10.20.21.71:

Can anyone think of why I am not getting any info?

Can you SSH to it?

Have you tried restarting Tomcat from SSH?

No I can't ssh into either. I disabled the proxy settings on my browser and was able to log into phones that are on our local network but, I still can't log into phones that are hanging off of branch routers. I checked the access list on the remote router:

ip access-list extended fw_acl

permit icmp any any

permit udp any any eq bootpc

permit udp any any eq domain

permit udp any any eq isakmp

permit udp any any eq non500-isakmp

permit esp any any

permit udp host 192.43.244.18 any eq ntp

permit tcp host 65.199.155.103 any

I temporarily added to the access-list:

permit tcp any any eq www but, it didn’t help. The headend routers  to the remote 881 don’t have any entries that would limit traffic.

So, CUCM cannot be browsed from remote location?  Can it be browsed locally?

No - from the network at the main site(where the call manager is) we cannot log into the web page of the phones attached to remote 881 routers. We can log into phones at the main site though.

OK, so you are trying to browse IP phone pages, is the "Web Access" setting on the phone set to Enabled?

In CUCM under device --> phone locate the phone, and towards the bottom of the configuration you will see this field.

web access is enabled.

Can you have someone at the remote location attempt to browse the phone IP address from there? This would point to whether this is a firewall/ACL issue between the sites or something with those phones.

I just had a user try and he couldn't  do it. The web access was enabled on his phone config.

Can you check the "Override Common Settings" checkbox next to the web access setting, press Save and reset the phone and try again?

Dont have a Override Common Settings check box - just a heading for Override Common Settings.
