I can ping not problem:

Pinging 10.20.21.71 with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 10.20.21.71: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=63

Can anyone think of why I am not getting any info?

yes it is registered with our publisher - 10.20.64.40
