good day,
I recently installed a CME it seems good, but when I configure paging I hear no sound, see the configuration:

Router_Data_Voice(config)#ephone-dn 51

Router_Data_Voice(config-ephone-dn)#number 2000

Router_Data_Voice(config-ephone-dn)#paging

Router_Data_Voice(config-ephone-dn)#exit

Router_Data_Voice(config)#ephone 35

Router_Data_Voice(config-ephone)#paging-dn 51

Router_Data_Voice(config-ephone)#exit

Router_Data_Voice(config)#ephone 36

Router_Data_Voice(config-ephone)#paging-dn 51

Router_Data_Voice(config-ephone)#exit

Router_Data_Voice(config)#ephone 37

Router_Data_Voice(config-ephone)#paging-dn 51

Router_Data_Voice(config-ephone)#exit

See the test in the video, paging activated but no sound.

I found when configuring paging on CME for SCCP phones that the supposedly-optional multicast command on the paging DN is actually necessary. Take a look at the Chapter:Paging on the CME Admin guide for details. Without the multicast command I got the same behavior you did, with the call working but no sound.
