Node License & DB replication

hi all,

i have a cucm 8.5 cluster with 2 servers:

Publisher with it's node license

Subscriber unlicensed.

Could the fact of the missing license affect on the DB replication ?

The subscriber state is always 4 . i followed this steps without success:

utils dbreplication stop (First on Subscribers given one by one)

Utils dbreplication stop (on PUB)

Utils dbreplication dropadmindb (PUB)

utils dbreplication dropadmindb (SUB)

Utils dbreplication reset all (PUB)

No, that has nothing to do with dbreplication, they're not related.
