Not displaying Caller ID

I have this problem about failure displaying caller id on ephones, on CUCM the checkbox for caller id on analog ports is enabled, so when I have an incoming call the caller id is displayed, but after some minutes, don't know why, the caller id is not displayed, the message "Unknown Number" is displayed.  If a reset VG via CUCM, again the caller id is displayed but just for some minutes.

I'm stuck with this issue, any ideas how to solved it??

Are you using MGCP? That's unreliable.

Use instead H.323 and everything will work.

Thanks for your answer Paolo, to do that, use H.323 istead of MGCP, I'll have to look at a guide configuration cause this way it's new for me, but I'll try it that way.   Do you know about a guide configuration for this??
