Is it possible to update line settings through a CSV file not by query?

I have CUCM 7.1.3, I need to update line settings for almost 2 thousand selected records, is it possible to use UPDATE the line settings by using a CSV file , in CUCM BAT, the only option availabe is to select by query, however that's not an option for me, appreciate any input, thanks Yvonne
