Hi, a colleague ask me that question about one user of his end customer. There are a user who said he is unable to see missed call in his IPPhone 7911, he has already tried to upgrade firmware to last version, but fails, any idea to avoid to restore factory settings.
Does anybody have other idea to test??

Hi Ivan,
Login to CCM, Go to device-->phones-->(search Directory number)-->click on line-->(look for Line 1 on Device SEP----------(Log Missed Calls)) enable the check box--> save. Now restart the phone and check.

Hi,
Sorry by the delay of the answer, finally it was resolved, the problem was in the Vlan ID which its pointed to a wrong ftp, in this case to a data ftp.
Changing the vlan id to the voice ftp resolved the problem.

Hi Ahmed,
Have you already tried the latest firmware and factory reset. If yes, please share the phone firmware, cucm versions and console logs from phone.
