In office hours we need to forward their calls to their mobile [user busy or no answer] in non-office hours we need to forward the calls to a voice announcement to CUE.
With time scheduled partition we are able to forward the calls to mobile in office hours, please light me how to forward the calls to voice announcement in non-office hours.

Create another time scheduled partition with the non-office hours
put it under the TS office hours partition in order
So, it will be triggered in non-office hours time
this partition could be assigned to a CTI RP which forward all to the CUE announcement
