Hi All
We currently run a call manager circa 3000 users.
We need to do a refresh of the hardware and software on it very soon.
My question is, would it be feasible to look at hosted solutions?
what are peoples experiences of hosted voice for this number of phones?
pros and cons?
Many thanks
Carl

one of the main pros is easy of maintenance and reliability. bcuase essentially you are using a platform that is upkept by a 3rd party.
you would need to look at cost, because that is always the main driver, also what skills are required to admin a hosted system, for sure you would need less skilled people do do BAU support versus, in depth trouble shooting on an on prem system. just my 2 cents worth

Hi there
The fundamental part is where it comes with your OpEx and CapEx budgeting. The below guide gives you a good info on these deployment models. This link tells you the basic differences, positives and negatives.
