One way audio MGCP gateway

We have a going on issue of one way audio from one of our B(remote) site has MGCP gateway. And we also have three phones on the main site(A)(SIP) with the Extensions from the B site(remote) facing the same issue of one way audio. Can any one let me know what might be the issue. Please let me know if you want to look in to any logs.

verify routing, you need to be able to ping the IP address of the MCGP gateway from ANY phone subnet that is using the gateway for in/external calls.  check this first

I did traceroute, on B gateway to A site phone with B site extention on it, this was the response.
