Operator or Attendant Console

Hello Cisco Support,

"Can anyone of you guys support me in selection for Operator or attendant console.

It's mentioned in data sheet of cisco 7915 and cisco 7916 that these are not work as operator or attendant console.

So, please let me know for Operator console should i select Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard or Advanced?

Also let me know is Cisco Unified Attendant Console hardware piece?

If customer is asking for Cisco Unified Attendant Console then what should we have to provision or we have to provision  Cisco Unified Attendant Console along with cisco 7915 and cisco 7916."

Anand,

7915/16 are expansion modules. These need to be connected to a 7942/62/65 etc to allow adding more speed dial lines to the main phones. Cisco Unified Attendant console is a software application that needs to be installed on a server. You can check the datasheet of CUAC for details
