What does this number 'Enhanced licenses quantity' refer to in the CCW when ordering a CUBE license outlined in the

Each concurrent call consumes a trunk license. Enhanced is only needed instead of Standard if you need box-to-box HA and/or WebSockets for contact center AI functionality.

@Jonathan Schulenberg  You mean I have purchased 40 concurrent calls? If I have two routers for HA, should I purchase 80 licenses or these 40 will be enough? Also, how to know the maximum concurrent call can the router bears?

You’ll need 40 enhanced for 40 concurrent calls. For your other question, that can be found in the data blade for the router.
