 A problem facing while configuring telephony-service on 3750 switch.

When I enable and also put configure terminal and put Telephony-service command and hit enter then it give me error that "  invalid command" what's the problem.please any one explain it.

Switches do not have that functionality. You need to use a router to configure CME.

You need a router and a licence cme-srst.

As other peers mentioned, tlephony-service commmands are avilbale only on Router and not on Switches.

Below mentioned is the router models which you can run CME  and the maximum phone supported.  Also you need licenses

And the Licensing required will be A-FLEX-EP-CME
