OUTBOUND CALL FAILER ON TWO NUMBERS

I cannot call my two personal numbers 068 xxx xx95 and 069 xxx xx19 but can successfully call 065 xxx xx59. "Your call cannot be completed as dialed please contact your directory and call again" is the error message I receive.

Hi there

Whats the PBX you are using ? Is it CUCM or CME ?

This looks like a Routepattern/CSS issue. If its a CUCM, make sure you have configured route patterns that match the number your are dialing. Just as a simple test, you can copy the working 065 xxx and add 06[8-9]
