Outbound not hitting the correct/longest matched dial-peer

I do have 2 dial-peers, the scenario and configuration is here.

dial-peer voice 11 pots
description T6000 to ROW (US)
destination-pattern 0011T
progress_ind setup enable 3
progress_ind progress enable 8
translate-outgoing called 8842001
port 3/0:D
forward-digits all
!

dial-peer voice 1001345 pots
description T6000 to ROW (Cayman Islands)
destination-pattern 0011345T
progress_ind setup enable 3
progress_ind progress enable 8
translate-outgoing called 8842001
!

When I dialed "0011345T" Calls always hit the US Dial Peer (11).

I tried showing the dial plan, only the US Dial Peer shows up.

voice#show dialplan number 0011345 timeout
Macro Exp.: 0011345

No other dial peer shows on the dialplan even though it should check on the longest matched digit right?

Dial-peer 501 is missing the port x/x command, so it should be state down. You can verify by:

show dial-peer voice summary

That is why you do not see a match about it.
