PCAP on Voice gateway

Hi,

I have some questions related to captures on Voice gateway:

1. What is the difference between a pcm capture and hpi capture

2. For a call Phone-->CUCM->GW->PSTN, how can we take pcap from gateway to troubleshoot voice quality issues for a particular port.

3. Is there we can see TX/RX packets for a particular call?

PCM capture is to dump audio out of the DSP. The tool to decode them is not public; you would need TAC assistance.
