PCD - Strange error

Customer has a 3 CUCM/2 IMP server environment running version 11.5.   We are using PCD to migrate it.

Cluster discovered successfully.  When running the migration job, the backup of the CUCM Pub and IMP Pub are successful.  But backup job for the first subscriber it is attempting is failing.  It's throwing an error that the username and password are incorrect.  

All servers have the exact same OS level Username and password, so this is quite baffling.  

Has anyone else ever seen this?  The customer environment is extremely restrictive, so starting/restarting services, rebooting, etc. is extremely difficult to accomplish.

Run the below command and get the logs files. u will have more visibility on the actual issue. 

file get activelog tomcat/logs/platform-api/log4j/*

Note: You will need to have an external Secure FTP(SFTP) server to collect log files with CLI.

Review the platform-api0000x.log

It's actually pretty self explanatory (the error). And if you go to the server in question and run the command "show logins unsuccessful", there is an occurrence listed for each time that you attempted to get that step to complete.



Whats baffling to me is that all the servers share the same user id and password. And it works from the command line. Why would it fail on just that one server from PCD?
