Phantom Calls

Many of our staff members have been receiving calls from an assigned DN. Although the user assigned the number is not making the call. I removed the number from the phone and reassigned the user a new number. This was done several months ago. Today the calls resurfaced. I ran the RTMT Call record report and found that the calling device is our Unified Messaging server that is very strange. Has anyone experienced this phenomenon? I have upload the report. The DN is 4609. Although it had been removed from the phone. It was still set to go to voicemail. Today I removed the DN from Call Manager.

Might want to explain the call flow. Has it been removed fron the unassigned DNs?

Have you reviewed CUCM traces to find out exactly where it's coming from?
