Many of our staff members have been receiving calls from an assigned DN. Although the user assigned the number is not making the call. I removed the number from the phone and reassigned the user a new number. This was done several months ago. Today the calls resurfaced. I ran the RTMT Call record report and found that the calling device is our Unified Messaging server that is very strange. Has anyone experienced this phenomenon? I have upload the report. The DN is 4609. Although it had been removed from the phone. It was still set to go to voicemail. Today I removed the DN from Call Manager.
