There is a thread where a gentlemen running CUCM 8.0.3 here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3182594

He got it to work.

Basically I'm getting an error message that says "Personalization is disabled on the selected device" whenever I try to push or preview anything on the phone. I've enabled personalization on the phone, and have checked that the phones are associated to the end users. It still doesn't work.

This particular phone is a 7945 running SCCP45.9-1-1SR1S active load.

HELP!

There's a bug causing the problem that's fixed in 8.6(1):

http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCtk04412.  TAC can apply a fix if you open a case and reference this bug for you.

I could not get it to work either, I dont want to downgrade phones to a older version of the

Firmware. Readying posts over the last few weeks, it seems that quality control has gone by the way side at cisco.

Joemar2,

I am running across the same issue and opened a support case with Cisco.  Here are the logs that prove this a part of the bug.

2011-09-01 09:30:20,116 INFO  [http-8443-22] servlet.PreviewBackground - doPost begins

2011-09-01 09:30:20,176 ERROR [http-8443-22] utils.CustomSSLProtocolSocketFactory - problem accessing trust storejava.io.IOException: stream does not represent a PKCS12 key store

java.security.KeyStoreException: problem accessing trust storejava.io.IOException: stream does not represent a PKCS12 key store

My question:

Cisco TAC hasn't informed me of a fix that they could apply.  Did you have a fix applied?  If so, do you have the TAC case I can reference to get this resolved?
