Hello,
I need help. I have some IP Phones that has CM_A as primary and CM_B as secondary. When the CM Group order is CM_A, CM_B, everything works fine, but if I leave only CM_B, my phones stay in "Phone not registered" (They are 6921 phones). I have tried deleting CTL Files, Factory Reset by key sequence and by phone itself, but it never registers to the CM, they are all reachable, and working fine with other models.
CM Status on the phone says
Registration | Rejected |
And when I look at the phone logs it says this
Cisco Systems, Inc.

This is a Contact Center, so I need to register phones on CM_B to make some procedure on CM_A.

Hi,
A few things that you need to check / do:
1. Make sure that Cisco callmanager service is running on CM_B, try restarting it once if already started.
2. Delete all unassigned directory numbers by checking it through Call routing > Route Plan Report
3. Check if auto registration is enabled

Yes it is running, no auto registration is needed and all DNs are being used.
