2 or 3 times per day the customer is getting 'annonymous' calling and it rings 2 or 3 times. if someone answers there is nothing on the line. as soon as they hang out it does it 2 or 3 more times in the next few minutes. is this a problem with the phone system or is it just a telemarketer?
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi Craig,
You can check CDR for incoming number and block the number if same number is calling again and again.

With Call Manager version 9 you can simply check the box on the line of a phone to reject anonymous calls. Not sure if its available in some of the 8.x versions or not. It isnt in 7.x.
