Hi,
We are running CUCM 9.1 and created a phone template with all desired details and I want to apply this template to about 50 8945 phone that was registred to our CUCM by auto registration.
I found alot of doc explaining how to create template but didnt find any topic explaining how to apply this template to the existing phones.

Hi.
You can update phones parameter without using Phone Template which involves a pre-compiled csv file to import ip phones.
Through Bulk Admin Tool select Update Phones option
Than query phones per Device Name , Directory Number, Description etc... click next
Than select all fields you want to modify and select "run immediately" option at the bottom of the page

Thanks for your quick answer, I tried at least 5 times this phone update option and it dosent work (no job in the job scheduler) I realy dont know what I did wrong but the phone still not configured.
