When users log into their âCisco Unified CallManager User Options Log Onâ site, they do not have the option anymore to download the user guide for the phone.
Several users have requested to get this option back on the website.
I have checked the enterise parameter and the option Show Online Guide Option under the parameter CCMUser Parameters is set to true.
Some users when they login see this options, others do not...
Please what can I do to resolve this

I have the same problem with out CUCM 4.2(3). All user guides are on the Server (CiscoWebs\User\locales\...), but not all users can see they.
Have someone an idea please?
Thx in advance!

We have a similar problem with CallManager 4.1(3)sr4d. User manuals for most phones in most locales show up in CCMuser with the exception of 7906/7911 using British English (US English is fine), the 7921 user guides don't show up for US or British English.
Poking around suggests that I could probably modify / create some entries in the ProductSupportsFeature table in the CCM database but not too comfortable with this, don't want to risk future upgrades failing.
Has anyone come up with a solution to this?

The solution I found is from TAC and it affects 7941/7961 IP Phones...
This is the work around...
Problem Description:
- The Cu can not see "View User Guide for your Phone" on the CCMUser page.
Please let me know the type of the affected phones.
Action Plane:
- Your issue is caused by this DDTS: CSCse17132.
(Symptom:
When accessing the CCMUSER webpage, the link to the online User guide for the
phone is not available.
Link 'View the User Guid for your phone' is not an option.
Conditions:
User associated with Phone model 7941 or 7961
If you have problem with 7961 & 7941 phoes then please do the next workaround.)
Workaround:
manually run following SQL query :
For 7961 :
update productsupportsfeature set Param =
'/PhoneOnlineGuide/7961/ip7961.pdf' where tkmodel = '30018' and
tksupportsfeature = '40';
For 7941:
update productsupportsfeature set Param =
'/PhoneOnlineGuide/7941/ip7961.pdf' where tkmodel = '115' and
tksupportsfeature = '40';
