Phones on our voice vlan do not get a dhcp assigned ip address. However the computers connected to the switch do get an ip address on the access vlan. The switch has a trunk port going to the upstream switch and that looks fine. Any ideas?

Hi,
Verify the below items:
1. Voice VLAN on Switch Phone Port
2. Voice VLAN on Switch Trunk Port
3. IP DHCP Scope for Voice VLAN on DHCP Server
4. Check if Phone is getting Voice VLAN

We would like to see the configuration of the device, post running configuration.
how is your setup -- PC connected to Phone?
is the DHCP Server setup Options for the Voice VLAN (where is your DHCP Server, in the Switch or out of the box ?)

In addition to the above suggestions, you may assign to a specific port as access Vlan, the Vlan ID, of voice vlan to check of your pc will get ip address on the voice vlan via dhcp.
If your access vlan is vlan10 and your voice vlan is vlan20, then try on a switch's port “switchport access vlan 20”
