Pick up call from home screen

At work I use a Cisco IP phone 7965. I'd like to be able to add a coworkers extension to my home screen list on the right hand side and be able to pick up a call from their phone when they are away from their desk. Is this possible?

From the brief description of what you want to do...you have a couple of options. 

1. Have them forward their line to yours when they are not available.

2. Configure their line on your phone. This option would make your coworkers line ring on your phone every time though...
