when incoming call comes I can't answer direclty from handset I have to click on button to answer the call
is there any option in CUCM to force ip phone to pick up the call from handset ?

Make sure you add the pickup option to the softkey template

Reading this question I am assuming you are not referring to "pickup" feature, but simply ability to answer calls from headset rather than physically via the phone. If my assumption is correct then it is definitely supported as long as you have supported headset with proper connection, etc.

I thing the poster is asking about having the handset pickup answer the call, which is the default behavior but can be turned off.
So, Ahmed, can you describe what behavior you are experiencing (step by step) and what you would like to have happen?
Also, which version of CUCM are you talking about (or is it CME?) and what model phone?
