Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 on CUCM 11.5

anyone have any idea how to add this phone into CUCM 11.5?

1) Create local user in CUCM, "Digest Credential" is important field

2) Create device as 3rd party SIP device (Adv), with owner and Digest user added

3) web to trio IP and setting >> Lines / Authentication (USer id and Password) / Server-1 (IP of SUB where it is registered)

We have Trio C60 and don't see "Lines" option under Setting. Can someone help.

I just actually made a write up about this on my blog.  Granted I did it with CUCM 10.5.2, but I wouldn't suspect anything would change on 11.5.

Just an update, I'm on version 12.5 now, and it's still working properly, so the guide will still work.
