Possible dial-peer problem with multiple isdn 2e (Bri) lines

Our customer has a UC520 with a SIP trunk and 3x isdn 2e Bri lines.

For some reason they can only use 1 of the ISDN 2e lines meaning they can only ever make/recieve 2 calls via the isdn

I suspect its something to do with the dial-peers but i cant spot anything, is any one able to double check the attached config?

ISDN calls go straight out

dialing 9 first uses the SIP trunk

Yon need to configure the isdn voice-port in a trunk group, then reference it in dial-peer.
