Hi
I'm looking for a feature, specially for Call center senario,
when a CALL CENTER OPERATOR gets an incoming call, the operator should not be able to disconnect the call unless the Caller hangup.
Is this possible on CUCM or CME.

There is no way to prevent a hangup of a call from a phone on CME/CUCM.
