PRI Circuits DID Range

Hello Community,

We plan to have two PRI circuits on our gateway that will have two DID ranges (let say 111-1XXX for 1st PRI and 222-2XXX for 2nd PRI). These PRIs will be on same Provider.

If the 222-2XXX extension call uses the 1st PRI, can the Provider show 222-2XXX as caller ID?

If the 1st PRI is down, can the Provider route the call for 111-1XXX using the 2nd PRI?

Contact your service provide.They can configure the hunt from there side.
