Prime Infrastructure 3.7 NCS reinstall

Good afternoon, I would like to know how can I do reinstall NCS in prime infrastructure 3.7?, due to tests, We typed "application remove ncs" and therefore NCS was removed from the server, in this case there is an option to reinstall NCS again or is better reinstall the operating system

My take is re-install and restoring from backup is a wise option.
