Prime License Mnager co-resident I can´t Login

Hi all

recently we migrated to CUCM 10.0 using the PCD.

The migration is ok, but i can´t login to the Prime License manager co-resident in the CUCM.

I try with the same credentials of the CUCM, but it say error user/password

What do you get if you issue this command via CLI

license management list users

I obtain this

admin:license management list users
App user: ccmadministrator

Remember it is co-resident, then I connect to the cucm CLI.

Is that the user you're trying to use??

Yes, and try using the same password of the CUCM.

Not sure if you ever resolved this but I was just facing a very similar issue, unable to log into PLM with App Admin username and password, then I remembered that I had changed the App Admin password, so tried the old password and I was then able to log in.

It appears that the PLM user isnt linked to the UCM App Admin account, looks like its just a copy when the server is first created.
