Hello all,
I have a cisco phone 8821 registred on cucm ,the problem that i have when i make or i received a call i can't hear none .
when i checked a detailled sip message for the call it give me (image attached ).
Could you help me please

What about other end party , can they hear you. If you observe one way or two way audio issue, most probably it could be a routing issue.

It could be any number of things which is caused by this, but commonly routing is the issue.
Check the IP addresses which are used in RTP on the affected call and confirm you can ping each way in the first instance.
Worth checking if it occurs on any other model of handset on the same networks. If it's affecting only the Cisco 8821 it could be firmware, or again could be network if the 8821 sits on a different network to your other wired IP phones.
