Problem installing GB numbering plan

Hi

Trying to install and configure GB numbering plan.  I am using dp-ffr.3-1-14.GB.cop.sgn (I did just spot that 3-1-15 is now out, but it should not matter.  I have BE6K with CUCM 10.5.2.  I uploaded the installer fine onto both publisher and the one subscriber that we have OK.  I rebooted the cluster (pub then the sub), but when I go to add or modify a route pattern I only see NANP.  I double checked the installed upgrades as follows........

After several (I don't know what else to do) reboots - still no joy.  Has anyone seen this?

Have you installed the dial plan via cucm gui. You 

 need to install it for you to use it.

Can you post a screen shot from call routing>dial plan installer..similar to the one below

Sigh

I was 100% sure that I had installed it here - but when I went to get the screen shot, I saw that version numbers were blank.........

Installed it - and it's fine now thanks.
