Hi,
I have a problem on my IP PHONE Cisco 7942.
When i plug-in my phone, the button speaker stay on (picture)
My screen is turned off.
I think than IP PHONE lost the firmware no ?
Can you help me for repair the phone ?

If you hold down the # key when you plug the phone in, you should see the line lights beside the LCD flashing from top to bottom. When you see this, let go of the # key and press the following keys, one at a time: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 * 0 #
That should reset the phone and attempt to pull the latest software from your TFTP server.

No isn't possible. The button speaker stay on. Image is freeze. I can't do anything ...

Looks like the phone is broken. You can either RMA to cisco to get a replacement or get another phone

I have an enterprise which repairs the phone but i would like repair the phone myself.

This looks like a broken phone. You cant repair it yourself.
