Hi!
I need your help please, I am stuck
I tried the login to access the web based Cisco Unified Communications Operating System Administration and Disaster Recovery System, the logging was successful.
I used the same login to access Cisco Unity Connection Administration and Cisco Unified Serviceability, the logging failed with the following error message"Log on failed -Invalid User ID or Password"
Please let me know what is wrong.

Theres a separate user for those systems that was configured during install, use that user to log in.

Also, if you don't recall the username or password for the application-level UIs, it can be reset.
