Hi guys.
I'm seeing some problems to transfer external calls after I received them. I press the transfer button, I can digit the destination number, but when I try transfer (pressing the transfer button again) return the message "reach maximum calls".
With internal calls I can transfers without problems. It's just happening with external calls.
I have already reviewed the devices' configurations and I didn't found anything.
In the directory number the maximum number of calls and busy trigger is 2 (I have IP phone 3905).
Have anyone seen this problem?

Have you tried to increase the maximum numbers of calls to lets say 3 or 4?

what is the type type; where you are deploying these changes? is this the only device having the issue?
