hello to everyone,
our client complaints that when they call their customers and hear their AA,
they press their choice without success most of the time.
they describe it as "the device does not accept our choice and we continue to hear the AA till the end"
at first we thought it was from the destination call managers but it occurs with many systems and it is not one of a time thing.
can it be from our side?
any suggestions?

It’s a DTMF issue.. is it happening with all calls or just with few numbers ? If it happens with only few customers, you might need to work with ISP.
