Problem with incoming calls on FXO using PLAR

Hi

I have issue at one client ,they have FXO card on gateway with connected analogue ,there is PLAR statement on the voice-port to send incoming calls to specific extension ,problem is when FXO port picks up incoming call it plays a solid dial tone back to the caller for about 10-15seconds before the extension rings. Is there a way of eliminating this delay ,or to not have a dial tone played back to the caller ? It is a SRST site ,gateway is MGCP.

Check if the IP phone extn. overlaps with another route pattern

or xlation pattern or a DN in the same partition.

You should be able to check this quickly using

Route Plan Report.

Hi ,sorry for the late reply. I checked and there is no overlapping.

Could this be caused due to delay between the MGCP gateway and the CUCM server ,as the link between the two is

across VSAT link ?
