Problems with an ATA 187 and Siemens Gigaset A160

Hi to all,

I have one ATA registered in the CUCM, the audio is good but I have som problems with the analogue phone. I can do all necesary functions (Off-hook, on-hook, transfer, hold, etc...) but sometimes the phone stops working properly .... And I have to do a reset and all works properly again.....

I have checked all the configuration and I have searched in Cisco some configuration example but I didn't found any, all is right....... Before this phone was working with an ATA 186 and it was working right.

Any idea about????
