Prompt management on CUE

     I am trying to create    the prompt management on CUE..l I have the dial-peer setup. Callhandling is setup.       User setup as administrator and still doesn't work. What am I missing?

What is the error or where is the breakdown occurring?

Do you have it set up under call in #s in the CUE web ui, go to system -> call in numbers (promptmgmt application).

They say it is RNA.. I do have it in call in #'s.. All looks okay from what I can tell.

The rna.. I am going to try and create as softphone and set me up and see what happens  I am remote so hard to test

Are the vm or aa call in #s working?

I will do the debug.. all else is okay. VM / AA   This CUE crapped out last week and has been a bear to recover
