Properly re-address (and move) CUCM 8.6 Publisher

We've decided to move our Publisher to our Data Center.  It was originally designed as a single-site deployment, but Management liked it so much, they want to roll out more subscribers at remote locations and bring the Publisher home.

Does anyone have any advice on re-addressing the Publisher without hosing up the cluster?

There have been many threads on this topic here, you should be able to find dozens by searching. Here is Cisco document on how to do this on version 8.6, you can find previous versions as well:
