Hi;
i have this issue with the cisco voice gateway , our setup CUCM-H323-VGWAY-SIP-SP,
when I dial from any number to the out main number , it is rining , but when I pick up the call , it takes some time to show in the phone screen that call is connected , and after some time also the call disconnected .
anybody has any idea?

Hi,
That call is not matching any outgoing dial peer: "CALL_ERROR_INFORMATIONAL; Call Entry Is Not Found"
Your call flow description mentioned that you are using SIP from your gateway to your provider but the only dial peer on your configuration matching the dialed digits is this one:
dial-peer voice 5001 pots
destination-pattern 0559669904
no digit-strip
port 0/0/0

The gateway also has FXO this dial peer for outgoing through the FXO.

Can you please share "debug h245 asn1" for the same.
Also please share your H.323 gateway snapshot in CUCM.

Try to add following DP.
dial-peer voice 5412 voip
incoming called-number 22846..
session protocol sipv2
dtmf-relay rtp-nte
codec g711alaw
no vad
