Publisher request Recovery

Hi Guys,

For the second time in 2 months we have problem with our publisher. Publisher is reachable via ping and SSH but doesn't working anymore.

In console we have the following:

WARNING:

The /common file system is mounted read only.

Please use Recovery Disk to check the file system using fsck.

The server was not stop or power problem, just "bug" suddently.

One of you already facing this issue ? On the bugtool from Cisco's website (if i'm using it right) I found nothing.

There are some bugs that can manifest in this behavior. We would need

to know your CUCM version and exact server model to assess the exact

issue

Here is one example;

Field Notice: FN - 63270 - MCS-7835-I2, MCS-7845-I2, RAID Driver can cause Service Outage, SW upgrade required
