We use smart licencing and we need to add additional 20 phones Cisco 8800 series.

How do i order these licences?

contact a local CISCO partner or involve local CISCO SE for the pricing.

But A-flex-3 NU Enhanced 50 is not available directly on ccw

Can you explain more, i need only 12. licence ,not subscription.

Perpetual license has reached EOL. You can only buy subscription l  

A-Flex-3 is the top level sku. 
NU - named user is inside the A-flex-3.
