Question about CISCO IP Phone

Hello Folks,

I am facing an issue with Cisco IP Phone 79XX phones, i am not able to find call logs ( Missed, Received, Dailed ) informations on my phone.

Please explain why this issue occurs ?, Is there a way how to fix it... ?

Is this under CUCM or CME? if under CUCM, under Directory Number configuration there is option to enable miss log call. Check that option and try again.
