Hi,
When a redial button is selected, it adds another 0 to the number dialed before. Can you advice what the problem could be or where in CUCM that requires investigation?

It depends on the number, there are some parameter for PSTN calls, you can also have translation rules or called party transformations.
There are a number of places but you don't mention what kind of call or CUCM version so then I'd recommend you to review all of the above.

If you think the telco is appending it, then look at the debug isdq q931 debugs. You might use the pri debugger tool
