Hello,
I urgently want to find out how I can register a Cisco 7945G IP Phone on a CUCM 6.0 Callmanager.
I have tried, but did not see the option of 7945G.
If I download the SCCP firmware and upload on the CUCM 6.0 callmanager server, will this work?

Hi Peter,
If you do not see an option to add 7945 on your CUCM version then you need to check the Read me file for the latest device pack for that version ( 6.0.x ) first and if the 7945 IP phone is listed in it then install the device pack on all cucm servers in the cluster followed by a cluster reboot and it will allow you to add 7945. Else, you may upgrade to a 6.1.x version and it will allow you to add 7945.

If your problem is that you do not see a 7945G, but only a 7945, then you don't have any problem, they're the same thing.
